Music » Justin Bieber and Busta Rhymes Cover "Drummer Boy"

Justin Bieber and friends are continuing their catchy assault on Christmas.

With the singer's holiday album out tomorrow, Justin has been giving fans a taste of what's to come via a few early releases. First, there was this duet with Usher. It was followed a couple days later by this collaboration with Mariah Carey.

Now, the Biebs has teamed up with iconic rapper Busta Rhymes in order to bust some rhymes on a remake of "Drummer Boy." It's definitely a different version than the one that's been heard on the radio for so many years. Listen now and compare:

Gossip » Lindsay Lohan to Beg For Mercy in Court

Lindsay Lohan is prepared to eat a piece of humble pie in court and beg Judge Stephanie Sautner for mercy. Whether she'll be successful or not is another story.

Wednesday, at a hearing that could end with a jail sentence, she will concede she violated her probation by getting kicked out of her community service program.

The hearing is to establish if Lindsay violated probation for her necklace heist and what consequences she will face if so. But the first part of that may be moot.

Lindsay Lohan

After a series of repeated f*%k-ups, LiLo's shift in strategy is designed to show the judge she is now finally serious about complying with her probation terms.

She'll come to court having logged 24 hours of time at the morgue, significantly more than the 16 hours Sautner required her to put in by Wednesday's hearing.

By effectively admitting guilt, her plan has risks - but could also lead to a lighter sentence than if she were to try and fail to establish her innocence all along.

Judge Sautner made it clear that if Lindsay violated probation she would go to jail. She does not seem like she's messing around, but we'll see for sure soon.

If nothing else, her new teeth will look great in a new mug shot.

Gossip » New Amy Winehouse Album to Be Released

A posthumous album from Amy Winehouse will soon be released.

Island Records' Lioness: Hidden Treasures, featuring 12 tracks of previously unreleased and rare recordings from the late chanteuse, is coming December 5.

At an emotional family gathering last week, the singer's dad, Mitch Winehouse, wept as he listened to the music, some of which he had never heard before.

"It wasn't until I sat down with the rest of the family and listened to this album that I fully appreciated the breadth of Amy's talent," says Mitch Winehouse.

"From jazz standards to hip-hop songs, it really took my breath away," her grieving dad said in a statement. "I never realized what a true genius she was."

Coming from her biggest fan, that's saying something.

Winehouse never released another album after her 2006 smash Back to Black, but recorded plenty of unreleased material from which her label might choose.

The new album apparently includes one track written while she was on drugs, according to the Sun, as well as a song about a cheating Blake Fielder-Civil.

Also mmong the offerings on the album: a brand new song, "Between the Cheats," a slower tempo version of her hit "Valerie" and "A Song For You."

The latter is a cover of the Leon Russell song also performed by Winehouse's musical idol, Donny Hathaway, so you know that's going to be good.

Produced by friends Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi over the last few weeks, the album will be Winehouse's third in all. She died this July at age 27.

A donation from the sale of each album will also go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, established after her death to help those battling addiction.

Gossip » Kris Jenner on Nicole Brown Simpson Death: Shocking, Tragic

Kris Jenner was married to one of the men who helped acquit O.J. Simpson over 16 years ago.

But in her upcoming memoir - "Kris Jenner... And All Things Kardashian," due out tomorrow - the wife of Robert Kardashian makes it clear that she believes Simpson murdered his ex-wife, writing in detail about the night of June 12, 1994 when Nicole Brown Simpson was killed.

Jenner writes that Nicole called her the night tragedy struck and asked her to come over for a talk, but Kris declined because she was preoccupied with her family.

The next morning, Kris heard the news and says she "instinctively knew that in some way O.J. had something to do with her death."

"I truly couldn't believe she had been so betrayed by the person who she had once loved most," Jenner writes. "That O.J. would be so destructive and selfish and jealous that he would do that to her was just mind-blowing to me. All these thoughts were running through my mind."

The reality star adds that Nicole wanted to show her evidence of Simpson's beatings on the night she died.
"She had been keeping this in physical proof in the form of photographs and, it would, turn out, other evidence, in which she had documented 17 years of abuse."

O.J., of course, was found not guilty of Nicole's murder in 1995, but was ordered to pay $34 million to her and Ron Goldman's families in a subsequent civil suit. He was then sentenced to 15 years in jail in late 2008 for armed robbery. Truly amazing.

Gossip » Kim Kardashian Files for Divorce from Kris Humphries: Konfirmed!

For once, the tabloids appear to have gotten it right: Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from Kris Humphries.

Multiple headlines have screamed over the past few weeks that the 72-day marriage was in trouble, and TMZ now reports that celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser has been hired to complete the legal paperwork.

Kardashian will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the basis for the split.

Gossip » Chaz Bono: Ready to Get Back to ... Anything!

Chaz Bono had a heck of a run on Dancing With the Stars.

Lasting six weeks in spite of the fact that he really can't dance very well, Cher's son showed a lot of courage in the face of adversity and succeeded in being the "different kind of man" he wished he'd had as a role model growing up.

So what's next for the transgendered star?

Bono's rep/manager, Howard Bragman, says he took no meetings during DWTS, but is getting together this week to plot out a strategy for the next chapter.

Bragman says he expects plenty of opportunities for Chaz.

Acting, voice-over work, and endorsements will all be on the table, and the longtime advocate of LGBT causes will continue to book speaking engagements.

As for whether he'd be into continuing his dancing career, Bragman claims Chaz Bono is "open to all reasonable discussions." Hey, if the price is right ...

Music » Does Adele Have Throat Cancer?

Adele rumors spiraled out of control this weekend after the British soul singer announced the cancellation of all her remaining 2011 concerts and appearances.

On Twitter, fans speculated that the chart-topping "Rumor Has It" singer, who has been plagued by health issues, was actually diagnosed with throat cancer.

Not the case, says the 23-year-old via her rep:

Does Adele Have Throat Cancer?

"We would like to reiterate that Adele is to undergo surgery for a hemorrhaged vocal cord. All reports regarding any other condition are 100 percent false."

Adele has battled throat problems throughout the year as her beloved album 21 soared the charts worldwide, and will undergo surgery for the matter soon.

Her return date is unknown, but "a full recovery is expected" as she rests and fully recuperates before looking to schedule any new work commitments.

We're already looking forward to when that day comes.

For the record: Taylor Swift is NOT posing topless anywhere on the Internet. That much is certain.

Over the weekend, however, a site desperate for traffic photoshopped a picture to make it look - to the REALLY untrained eye - as if the singer were propped on her bed, shirt off, smile on her face.

Protective of her reputation, Swift has fired off a letter demanding the site remove the image.
As of this writing, though, it remains live on a URL that bills itself as a "holy Muslim celebrity gossip site" and which has "jihad" in the name. Seriously, it's not even worth linking to. We're not gonna give the owners the pleasure.

Just rest assured, readers, that any headline you see that screams TAYLOR SWIFT TOPLESS is a lie. Thank you.

Movie » Drink Like Johnny Depp in 'The Rum Diary'

Drink Like Johnny Depp in 'The Rum Diary'
Johnny Depp = (Photos by (L-R) PacificCoastNews, Film District, Sailor Jerry)

Ever wish you could party like Johnny Depp? Or maybe you want to get in the right, shall we say, "mindset" before you go see his new deranged adventure film, The Rum Diary? Either way, the folks behind the movie have partnered up with Sailor Jerry to develop a couple cocktails that complement the titular alcohol and nod to the film's characters and the unique, iconoclastic author who brought them to life.

Hunter S. Thomspon's novel-turned-movie has Johnny Depp's character escape the States to dive deep in the heart of Puerto Rico where he develops a penchant for consuming copious amounts of the local drink of choice: rum. With Depp's rum habit a character in its own right and Thompson's reputation as the rebellious father of gonzo journalism, it makes sense to pair with Sailor Jerry, a Caribbean spiced rum with a higher alcohol content that's named after a tattoo artist who, like Thompson and Depp, lived life by his own rules.

So if you want to make watching The Rum Diary a complete experience or if you're just looking for a great cocktail to break out at your next party, take note of the two cocktails of choice: Hunter's Punch and the Etcetera.

Hunter's Punch is a great group drink because, as the name would suggest, it's designed to be served in a punch bowl. Here's what it takes:
  • 1.5 part Sailor Jerry Rum
  • 2 part pom juice
  • .5 part lemon
  • .5 part champagne
  • Bottom of punch bowl add pom juice and lemon juice. Stir slowly with ice. Add rum and stir some more. Slowly add champagne while stirring. Keep punch cool with minimal ice. Serve chilled in desired glass.

The rum and pom juice pair surprisingly well together and the champagne adds a welcome fizz to the mix.

The Etcetera is a more traditional tropical rum beverage and goes a little something like this:
  • 1.5 part Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
  • .75 part fresh lime juice
  • .25 part homemade cinnamon allspice syrup
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • Add ingredients to rocks filled mixing glass. Shake. Strain into old fashioned glass. Serve down in glass.

The pineapple juice shaken should give the cocktail a nice froth, and the lime juice balances out the sweetness. These will go down easy, so watch yourself; we don't want you to totally end up like Depp's character.

Enjoy The Rum Diary and its special cocktails, and, as always, drink responsibly.

Sandra Bullock's Son Louis Scores a $14,000 Warhol Painting
Actress Sandra Bullock attends amfAR's Inspiration Gala at the Chateau Marmont on October 27, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. (Getty Images)

Looks like Sandra Bullock's little man is already an art aficionado!

According to US Weekly, Sandra attended the amFAR Inspiration Gala on Thursday night in Los Angeles, where her agent bought Andy Warhol's iconic "Peaches" print as a gift for little Louis. The price tag? A whopping $14,000!

"I want to thank Kevin Huvane and Bryan Lourd for not being cheap f-cks and gifting my son with his first Warhol," Bullock joked. The big-time art purchase was for a good cause, though — all proceeds from the event benefit amFAR's AIDS research.

Sandra attended the event to honor the late Elizabeth Taylor, who helped to create amFAR in 1985. Bullock spoke very highly of Taylor, who passed away in March at the age of 79. "Earlier this year, the world lost a radiant woman of courage and compassion. She lives on in every person she touched."

"She never thought twice to put her arm around someone who was suffering, and that is the gift we have a human beings, the ability to reach out and touch another human being," Sandra went on to say. "Tonight we can honor this extraordinary woman and finish what she started."

'Breaking Dawn' Countdown: 21 Days
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart

October 28, 2011:

Big news:
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart could already be married! Sort of.

'Breaking Dawn' Countdown: 21 DaysMr. Pattison joked at a press conference in Sweden this week (via Us magazine): "The wedding scene's funny because we used a real priest. So technically we are already married because he did all the things you would do in a normal ceremony. So we don't have a civil union in law, but I guess in the church we are actually married."

That's a big step for a couple who hasn't even confirmed they're a couple, right?

The actor has been in the headlines a lot this week, and opened up about the sex scenes with Kristen Stewart in British GQ. He said: "The sex scenes were difficult. The set was crazy and you have about 20 people in the room and someone saying things like: 'No, Bella would not have made that noise. Can we do it again?'"

He added: "It was very charged, but a very tender and sentimental scene. It's not a scene from the book, so everyone was nervous about doing it right. A ton of other people were nervous. And, Kristen and I were both worried about the shape of our bodies would look on camera. We felt vulnerable."
Ms. Stewart has also been candid 'Breaking Dawn' Countdown: 21 Daysabout the steamy scenes. "It was so weird, it didn't even feel like we were doing a scene within a Twilight film. I was like, 'Bella! What are you doing? Wow! What is happening here?!' It was very surreal," she said.

She has no problem opening up about their on-screen chemistry, but she's basically a closed book (still!) about the relationship between her and her co-star when the cameras aren't rolling. She chalks it up to wanting her privacy. "People can say whatever they want," she said, calling the interest "totally understandable. But when it's personal to you, it's like your life becomes a product, and I'm repelled by that. I don't like to give away gems that people are gonna be like, 'Oh my God!' So I'll always just shrug it off. In fact, I always find it kind of funny, and not just with Rob."

'Breaking Dawn' Countdown: 21 Days Ashley Greene (via Summit) In other epic Breaking Dawn news: There's a first glimpse of Ashley Greene's bridesmaid dress! She wears a purple dress with stripes and a fringed skirt as Alice Cullen. The actress said of the dress: (via People.com): “We wanted to have all the bridesmaids fit together and also have their own identity. So, we took a little bit of Alice’s past and put it into her dress.”

October 27, 2011:

Guess what, Twihards: Breaking Dawn Part 1 is just over three weeks away from hitting the big screen. We expect you're getting your pillow and sleeping bag ready to camp out before the flick's November 18th premiere by now. While you're packing, check out this hot new clip of Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) on their first night as husband and wife. It's the latest snippet to be released from the film, and it's steamy.

The scene shows Edward carrying Bella over the threshold for their first night as newlyweds. It ends with the new bride asking for a few "human minutes" before they go swimming. "Don't take too long Mrs. Cullen," her hubby replies, in the sexiest vampire voice imaginable. Squeal!

'Breaking Dawn' Countdown: 21 DaysAnd that's not the only juicy tidbit to come out of the Twilight camp today. MTV also revealed that the couple, along with co-star Taylor Lautner, will be on hand during the network's "MTV First: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" special, airing November 3. Catch a never-before-released clip from the movie at 7:56pm ET (on the dot!) then the trio will stick around for a lengthy Q&A session. You can even submit your own video or text questions to MTV.com via Twitter (using @MTVNews, plus the hashtags #AskTwilight and #MTVFirst)! Try not to cry/faint/giggle too much in your video questions.

Also: We all know Edward gets the girl in the end, but did you know Mr. Pattinson was self-conscious about his on-screen rivals abs while filming? Yep, Pattinson said in a recent interview (via New York mag): "You also have to worry about how you're going to look. I had never been so worried about that before, but after seeing how much Taylor works out for the movies, I thought, 'Well, everybody is really going to judge me now.' I always tried to think about positions where I could tense the muscles, and suck in my belly."

He added: "The body of the characters seem to be a big deal. So in this movie I thought, 'OK, it's the last one, I'm getting a six pack,' and I tried, but it's very hard. I worked out so hard for six months, so after filming the sex scene the first thing I thought was, 'Time to eat!'"

'Breaking Dawn' Countdown: 21 DaysPattinson certainly didn't have anything to be worried about at the Breaking Dawn event in Brussels this week, however. The star showed off his clean-shaven new look while promoting the flick with co-star Ashley Greene Wednesday.

The two walked the red carpet in their finest ensembles, just a few days after they did the same in Paris. Expect a lot more where this came from in the weeks to come...

Jessica Biel's High Fashion Look

Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel didn't hold back at Fashion Group International's Night of Stars soiree. As Giambattista Valli's date, it was only fitting the actress would wear a look from the designer's first couture collection.

Jessica's dress featured extravagant tiered shoulder ruffles that gave her the dimensions of a linebacker. A slim silhouette and and a sexy keyhole neckline contrasted the statement shoulder layers. A gold metallic leaf belt cinched the starlet's waist and a romantic updo completed her look.

While the brunette bombshell loves to wear high-fashion looks like Versace and Gucci, this couture style was a much more brazen approach to the red carpet than her usual aesthetic. What do you think of Jessica Biel's frothy gown, was it a hit or a miss?

12 TV Shows That Will Scare Your Pants Off The Crypt Keeper (HBO).
In search of something terrifyingly spooky to watch this Halloween? Well then look no further than your TV screen. We've got a round-up of the television shows, both old and new, that will have you looking under your bed for monsters and sleeping with the light on. Check out our list of 12 TV shows that are sure to haunt your nightmares (in no particular order).

1. American Horror Story (2011-Present)

If you missed the Halloween episode of American Horror Story, consider yourself both lucky and unlucky. Lucky because you've avoided the mind-bending nightmares that the rest of us are suffering from, and unlucky because you missed one of the most genuinely creepy episodes of television in recent years. Only four episodes in, American Horror Story has already tackled basement demons, undead maids, a murderer covered in horrific burn scars, Shining-style ghost twins, and much, much more. Also, it's got some majorly disturbing opening credits.

2. The Walking Dead (2010-Present)

AMC's post-apocalyptic zombie fest is hands down the goriest thing on TV right now, and we definitely mean that as a compliment. The Walking Dead delivers scene after scene of cover-your-eyes scares as Sheriff Rick Grimes battles hoards of flesh-eating "Walkers" (sometimes covering himself in human entrails to do it). If you haven't checked it out yet, this Halloween weekend is the perfect time to start — but don't watch it while you're eating.

3. Dark Shadows (1966-1971)

Although it was technically a soap opera, there were no shirtless hunks and breathy beauties on Dark Shadows. But there were plenty of vampires, witches, and werewolves to terrify viewers every weekday. The show was such a cult classic that it's being remade by Tim Burton into a movie starring Helena Bonham Carter, Chloe Moretz, and Eva Green. So who's going to step into the iconic shoes of Barnabus Collins, the tormented vampire that was at the center of Dark Shadows? Johnny Depp, of course. The film version of Dark Shadows comes out on May 11, 2012, but in the meantime you can check out some of the TV show's scariest moment.

4. Twin Peaks (1989-1990)

As twisted and strange as American Horror Story is, so far it can't hold a candle to the utterly disturbing Twin Peaks. The David Lynch drama starred Kyle MacLachlan as an FBI Agent who is sent to the mysterious town of Twin Peaks to answer a very important question: Who killed Laura Palmer? The show suffered from a decline in quality during its second season, but the first season remains one of the scariest things to ever haunt our television screens. Need proof? Just watch The Man From Another Place dance around the Black Lodge or check out Maddie's vision of BOB attacking her.

5. Tales From the Crypt (1989-1996)

The morbidly sarcastic Crypt Keeper set the tone for this 1990s horror fest, which reveled in the grotesque. Because it aired on HBO, Tales had a no holds barred approach to both gore and nudity, which made for some of the creepiest episodes in the history of television. The Crypt Keeper gave us lots of spooky tales, but by far the scariest was "And All Through the House," which tells the story of a woman who murders her husband for his insurance money and then gets attacked by a mental institution escapee dressed as Santa Claus. You'll never think of jolly old St. Nick in the same way again.

6. The X Files (1993-2002)

Creator Chris Carter seamlessly blended horror and science fiction to regularly scare us witless on The X Files. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson were both pitch perfect as Mulder and Scully, a pair of FBI agents who teamed up to solve spooky, out of this world mysteries. The series has plenty of bone chilling episodes, but "Home," with its tale of a sadistic inbred family, still gives us nightmares. Plus, The X Files had what every great horror television show should have: a creep-tastic musical opening.

7. Supernatural (2005-Present)

Supernatural airs on the CW and stars two young hotties, so on paper it seems like it should be horror-lite. But in reality it's been one of the spookiest shows on television in recent years. Chock full of demons, monsters, and other terrifying things that go bump in the night, Supernatural has kept fans on the edges of their seats for six seasons. A bonus? Supernatural does a mean Twilight parody ("He's watching her sleep, how is that not rapey?").

8. Masters of Horror (2005-2007)

With its blood spattered title sequences, Masters of Horror was Showtime's big-budget attempt to carve out a piece of TV's horror genre. The network brought in a bunch of established horror directors like Joe Dante and John Carpenter to create hour-long mini-movies that terrified and disturbed viewers. There are plenty of scarier episodes, but "Pelts," which stars Meat Loaf (yep, that Meat Loaf) as a fur trader who does some very, very bad things, stands out for it's gruesome ridiculousness.

9. Freddy's Nightmares (1998-1990)

Freddy's Nightmares
spun off of the wildly successful Freddy Krueger movies, only in the TV version Freddy usually hosted of the scary stories instead serving as the crazed killer. But every once in awhile Freddy just couldn't resist getting in on the chilling action, like when he made some bloody additions to a fashion photo shoot in "Photo Finish."

10. The Twilight Zone (1959-1964, 1985-1989)

Widely regarded as the scariest TV show ever, almost everything about Rod Sterling's The Twilight Zone is spookily perfect. From it's iconic creepy music, to its fantastic acting, to its expertly crafted and deeply resonate scary stories, The Twilight Zone is must see TV for all horror fans. Twilight Zone aficionados love to debate which episode is the scariest —we have to go with "The Eye of the Beholder" and "Nightcrawlers."

11. Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1955-1963)

Alfred Hitchcock had been a master of big screen horror for over three decades, so it makes sense that his foray into TV would be equally as eerie. The opening sequence's Hitchcock silhouette (which the director drew himself) and music were enough to send chills down your spine, and that was before the episodes even started. Our favorite is "Man From the South," in which Steve McQueen and Peter Lorre engage in a gruesome wager (hint: it involves fingers). Based on a Roald Dahl story, the episode is incredibly tense and features a classically creepy ending.

12. Kolchak: The Night Stalker (1974-1975)

Carl Kolchak (played by the great Darren McGavin) was a newspaper reporter who was always battling the supernatural forces of evil in this 1970s series. With its plethora of zombies, werewolves, and headless motorcycle riders, Kolchak: The Night Stalker was the precursor to The X Files we all knew and loved.

Many celebrities have entitlement issues, but rarely do they end up in physical altercations as a result, the exception being Shia LaBeouf, of late. Now Usher can join his unlucky ranks, as his decision to park in a handicapped spot led to a very angry woman dousing him in beer.

Also in music news, Justin Bieber's holiday tracks are all over the Interwebs, Madonna has enlisted M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj for her upcoming single, and Adele will soon undergo surgery to repair her damaged vocal cords.

  •  Usher probably didn't think twice about pulling into a handicapped spot at a parking lot near the Little 5 Points Halloween Parade last weekend – until he got a face full of beer, that is. TMZ reports that a woman took advantage of the driver's side open window on Usher's car by shaking up a beer and letting it spew into his face.

Apparently Usher grabbed a water bottle and sloshed her back, at which point she kicked his car door until he got out. A video has surfaced of the woman screaming, "You don't belong here!" at the R&B star, with people struggling to hold her back.

Just imagine what might have happened if this confrontation had gone down with Chris Brown.

  •  JUSTIN BIEBER WILL OWN YOUR CHRISTMAS. Several more tracks off his upcoming holiday album Under the Mistletoe have found their way to the 'net this week, including his re-recording of "All I Want for Christmas" with Mariah Carey, his cover of "Little Drummer Boy" featuring Busta Rhymes (and, sigh, "Shawty Mane," Bieber's rapping alter-ego), and "Christmas Eve," some baby-making slow jam.

This song is totally going to inspire many a Christmas pageant dance routine. Get ready for inappropriately bared midriffs and Santa hats!

Usher Parks in Handicapped Spot, Draws Lady's Beer-Fueled WrathThis is happening.
•  Madonna's ditched her director's hat for the time being and returned to the studio, meaning she's already started recruiting the music industry's most popular people to guest on all her tracks. First up: Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., who are featured on Madge's new track "Give Me All Your Love."

According to Just Jared, the song is produced by Martin Solveig, the same DJ who provided the bouncy disco hit "Hello" over the summer. What's more, Madonna just may perform the song at the Super Bowl XLVI halftime show this year. So it's going to be a pants-off dance-off, we're guessing.

  •  Major sadness: Adele has canceled all remaining performances and appearances through the end of the year, as she will soon undergo surgery to heal her wounded vocal cords. In a statement posted to the British singer-songwriter's website promises "a full recovery," although it's safe to say Adele's not happy about it. Get well soon, lady!

Gossip » Which Star Would You Rather Trick or Treat With?

Which Star Would You Rather Trick or Treat With?
Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Quentin Tarantino / Marilyn Manson combo, and Ke$ha

With Halloween just around the corner, millions of children, and older folk who still wish they were kids, have begun prepping for the big night. And while we wish we could just admire pictures of former heavy metal singers acting inappropriately at pumpkin patches, we have more pressing matters to address: like which star you'd most like to trick or treat with.

Which Star Would You Rather Trick or Treat With? He loves ballet and "thinks like a girl," yet the vast majority of you don't think Ryan Gosling acts like one. (PacificCoastNews.com)

But first, yesterday's poll: After hearing Ryan Gosling admit to Britain's The Independent that he "thinks like a girl," we wondered if the motorcycle driving, leather jacket wearing, ballet dancing star acts like one too. Well, according to 81 percent of Zimbio readers, the answer's a definitive "no."

But back to the one night of the year when it becomes kosher to dress up like the slutty version of Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. While we don't know if Justin Bieber's more of a candy corn or Reese's Peanut Butter Cups kind of guy, we do imagine trick or treating with the pop sensation would make for a wildly entertaining evening.

Assuming those who answer the door don't break down in tears and faint, you should have no problem eliciting some seriously memorable responses. And if you play your cards right, you could end up with a solid stash of candy, which we all know is the only real goal of the night.

Of course, Bieber's not the only star who could make for a fun Hallow's Eve. Just think of the possibilities that would come from joining forces with a Quentin Tarantino / Marilyn Manson tandem. One's a visionary director with a wild laugh and insatiable appetite for gore, while the other may actually look more in place with a costume on.

Then there's Rihanna. Considering she loves flamboyant outfits and can never seem to figure out what color to keep her hair, it's clear she was born for Halloween.

Finally, we suggest Ke$ha as the ideal trick or treat partner. If the wild star can pull off face paint, skeleton-themed clothes, and hair dye in the middle of July, there's no telling how much energy she'd bring to the party. And by energy, we mean psychic powered necklaces made from her own placenta that likely have the power to make soccer moms hand over large quantities of Milk Duds.

Anya Ayoung-Chee is the official winner of Project Runway! It was a fairly dull season, but Anya and her summery, Caribbean-inspired dresses still managed to take home the top prize last night. Thought she'd only been sewing for four months when she got cast, the former Miss Trinidad and Tobago is apparently already fielding calls from celebrities.

'Project Runway' Winner Anya Ayoung-Chee Already Impressing Celebs"It's really overwhelming. I came from not expecting to go past the casting because of my sewing skills ... it's just the most unbelievable story, and I'm just along for the ride," Anya told People.

Congrats Anya! Now can we please up the ante on crazy contestants for Season 10?

• Everyone's favorite warlock is baaaaaaaack. Charlie Sheen's new comedy Anger Management, loosely based on the 2003 movie starring Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler, has been picked up by FX. The show will premiere in the summer of 2012. No word on whether Anger Management producers are making Sheen sign a morality clause, but we'd definitely bet some tiger blood on it.

'Project Runway' Winner Anya Ayoung-Chee Already Impressing Celebs• In the face of tonight's World Series Game 7, Fox and CBS have both pulled all new programming from their line-ups. But not NBC! If baseball's not your thing you can check out the premiere of Chuck's final season and the series premiere of Grimm, which tells the story of a man who discovers that he is descended from an elite line of criminal profilers known as "Grimms," charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. We saw the pilot at Comic Con and we think the show has the potential to be a fun, Buffy-style scare fest. Check it out tonight on NBC at 9/8c.

• This depressing story from AolTV has some of our favorite TV shows like Community, Parks and Recreation, and The Good Wife on the cancelation bubble. Does Amy Poehler have to climb into a hot tub with her clothes on to get people to watch her incredibly funny show? BECAUSE SHE WILL.

Beavis and Butthead returned to MTV last night to take on The Jersey Shore, MGMT's "Kids" video, and other MTV fare. The return of Mike Judge's dim-witted duo drew in an impressive 3.3 million viewers. We can't wait 'til they get their heh-hehs into 16 and Pregnant. Visit MTV's website for the new Beavis and Butthead schedule.

If all goes as planned, O'Brien will be marrying a longtime staff member and his partner. The Masturbating Bear is disapppointed that he was not asked to be the best man.

Listen: Justin Bieber and Mariah Carey's 'All I Want for Christmas'
Justin Bieber and Mariah Carey

Justin Bieber's much-anticipated, over-hyped holiday album Under the Mistletoe is just a few days shy of its Nov. 1 release, which means the promo machine has kicked into overdrive. Bieber's tunes have been leaking all over the place, from his clubby dance version of "Little Drummer Boy" to his cheesy slow jam "Christmas Night." The most talked-about collaboration on the album, Bieber's duet with Mariah Carey, has also dropped: "All I Want for Christmas."

It seems that the song's producers were unwilling to test a tried and true formula, as there's practically nothing innovative about this revamp. Bieber and Carey trade off vocals, back and forth, and the end result sounds clunky and, well, opportunistic. Why recreate a song that was re-released only last year?

Maybe it'll make sense to Justin's fans, many of whom were mere twinkles in their parents' eyes when Mariah originally released the song in 1994. Check it out below, but be aware that the pitch is slightly off...

With loads of money and entourages full of famous friends, it's no wonder celebrities throw the best birthday parties. Here are seven steps for aspiring party planners to follow to throw truly legendary parties.

1. Spend a Lot of Money
"Go rock your chain, boss / Pour that champagne, boss / Keep gettin' paid, boss / Do whatcha like." -Rick Ross, "Boss"

Cash flows like champagne when it's time to throw a truly baller birthday party. When Diddy turned 40, he put on a lavish velvet-rope party where he made people like Martha Stewart and Kim Kardashian wait in line. The total cost was reportedly around $3 million and $30,000 of that was just on the orchid display he had installed in the Grand Ballroom at The Plaza Hotel in New York.

 2. Get It Sponsored
"Give me the Henny, you can give me the Cris / You can pass me the Rey, but make sure you pass the Courvoisier" -Busta Rhymes, "Pass the Courvoisier"

What's better than spending your money on a party? Spending someone else's money on a party. Vegas nightclubs are often more than happy to help out with parties for the likes of Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, and corporate sponsors are always available, too. When Perez Hilton threw himself a 32nd birthday party it was sponsored by Alize, Arizona Tea, Lifestyles Condoms, and Cafe Bustelo. Even Diddy's lavish 40th was sponsored by his own vodka company, Ciroc.

 3. Hold It Over Multiple Days
"Go shorty, it's your birfday / We're gonna party like it's your birfday" -50 Cent, "In Da Club"

Why have one big night when you can keep the party going? Kim Kardashian celebrated her 30th birthday with big parties in both Las Vegas and New York, but Naomi Campbell really knows how to indulge. For her 36th birthday party in 2006, the supermodel enjoyed a $1.8 million party that raged for three days in Dubai's ridiculous Burj Al Arab hotel. She kept guests like David and Victoria Beckham partying by setting different themes for each day: All White for Day 1, Hip-hop for Day 2, and Brazilian Samba for Day 3.

 4. Find an Exotic Location
"This is my party, stroll by if you want to / Or ya'll can stay home / But why would you want to?" -Fabolous, "This Is My Party"

Between Vegas, Hollywood, New York and Miami probably 90% of celebrity birthday parties are covered, but some birthday boys and girls wander away from those well-worn cities. For his 40th birthday, Jay-Z treated his A-list guests to a steamy 1920-'40s-themed party in the Dominican Republic where synchronized swimmers entertained the guests, who partied into the night. The next morning, Jay and Beyonce invited everyone back for a steak and lobster brunch.

 5. Get Great Gifts
"Stacks on deck / Patron on ice / We can pop bottles all night and / You can have whatever you like." - T.I., "Whatever You Like"

Speaking of Beyonce, the singer was lavished with gifts for her 29th birthday. Husband Jay-Z bought her a $20 million private island near the Florida Keys. Not to be outdone (at least in weirdness), Lady Gaga honored Beyonce by presenting her with leather whip bejeweled with hundreds of diamonds.

6. Cake is Essential
"I don't want no cake on my birthday / I want my cake erryday, erry day" - Flo Rida, "Birthday"

When Kim Kardashian celebrated her 31st birthday, the bakers at Gimme Some Sugar made her a cake shaped like her and hubby Kris Humphries riding in a Ferrari. Sure, that's cute and all, but Katy Perry went and outdid everyone at her still legendary 25th birthday party in 2009. In keeping with her Willy Wonka theme, four oompah-loompahs brought out a four-tiered birthday cake, but the frosting was the real treat. Following the formalities of the cake and birthday song, Katy covered her guests – who had been instructed to wear all white – in brightly-colored frosting. The party devolved into chaos as guests such as Taylor Swift, Julianne Hough and Russell Brand danced, partied, and covered each other in frosting.

7. Don't Forget the Music
"Got my hands up, they're playin' my song / And now I'm gonna be OK / Yeah! It's a party in the USA!" -Miley Cyrus, "Party in the USA"

When big-time musicians aren't on the road, they sometimes don't mind picking up a birthday gig here and there. Kanye West and Jay-Z teamed up for a Sweet 16 party in June, 2011. The party was for a girl named Leslie Taylor, who immediately became the coolest girl at her school. Kanye played another Sweet 16 party for artist George Condo's daughter. Condo's work appeared on the many variations of 'Ye's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. And while it's not a birthday party, Drake pulled down $250,000 to play a bar mitzvah for the son of former NBC Universal president Jeff Zucker.

President Barack Obama celebrated his 50th birthday with performances from Herbie Hancock and Stevie Wonder while Lady Gaga and Usher played former President Bill Clinton's 65th birthday party. Topping them all is Sting, who enjoyed performances by Gaga, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Will.i.am, and Mary J. Blige at his 60th birthday bash.

Nicole Richie's Halloween Costume Advice: Show Some Modesty

Nicole Richie's Halloween Costume Advice: Show Some Modesty Nicole Richie (Bauer Griffin) It's long been acknowledged in popular culture that Halloween is that strange day of the year when women feel license to, uh, show as much skin as they please without fearing the social repercussions. Faux nurses, police officers and cowgirls roam the streets showing way more cleavage than their real-life counterparts.

Well, Nicole Richie's had enough. On Thursday, the reality television personality-turned-fashion designer took to her Facebook page with a plea: "Girls, can we all pledge that we will not dress slutty for this Halloween? The jig is up."

Most of Richie's fans seem to agree that modesty does have a place on All Hallows Eve, with the exception of a few posters, who wrote gems like, "im dressing like a hot police officer woooooop!rock on party like a rockstart, woooooooo! il uv holloween its the seoson to dress like a hoe, haha."

What do you think – does Nicole have a point?

Gossip » How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show
(Photos by Getty Images)

We are at a point in time where there's a reality show for almost every possible skill, from cupcake baking to ice sculpting to the more popular song and dance competitions. From season to season, contestants change, but the formula for success stays the same. Despite the ubiquity of these shows and the patterns that develop within them, contestants continue to get kicked off for making the same dumb mistakes. With all that prize money out there, it's time we compiled a cheat sheet for some of the most popular reality competition shows; so find the one that fits you, study up, and send in your audition tape.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show Don't let your torch go out on Survivor. Survivor
  • Know the basics of survival. It's right there in the title of the show, but for some reason there's always a few contestants who don't even know how to build a fire or construct a simple shelter. Being in the wild with limited supplies is no joke. Even if you have one hell of a charming personality, if you can't contribute, you're done.
  • Know how to work an alliance. Anyone who's spent time watching Survivor understands that there's no way to make it to the end unless you collude with other members of the tribe. The best position to be in is quietly saddled up to the leader. The alpha personalities always has a target on their back but still drive the group. As such, get on their good graces without making it blatantly obvious to the rest of the tribe. The other key in the taking advantage of an alliance is knowing when to stab your co-conspirators in the back; if the alpha-dog takes you close to the end, they're going to vote you out before the final council simply because you've pissed off fewer contestants. Get them before they get you.
  • Keep your mouth shut about the immunity idol. Immunity is like gold in any reality TV competition, and on Survivor, you can score the hidden immunity idol without anyone knowing. And under wraps is how it should be; however, invariably contestants end up divulging their immunity discovery and become victims of mass manipulation. Keep it to yourself, people.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show Be bold on Project Runway. Project Runway
  • Don't play it safe. Your construction can be flawless and your styling impeccable, but if your design is boring or redundant, you won't make it past the halfway point. Every season, someone with questionable taste and flamboyant aesthetics makes it to the final four. Just look at the most recent season's runner-up, whose Bryant Park collection was filled with neoprene and plastic; one outfit looked like it was covered in fruit roll-ups. Speaking of fruit roll-ups...
  • Get used to unorthodox textiles. This show's been on for nine seasons, and contestants are still shocked when they have to make a ball gown out of plants or separates out of dog toys. Innovation is part of the show; we're tired of hearing, "I design high fashion; I don't make pants out of garbage" or whatever. Get with the program and practice making pants out of patio furniture.
  • Listen to Tim Gunn. Of all the reality shows that try to institute some kind of mentor figure, Project Runway has the absolute best in Tim Gunn. The man's like a fashion Gandalf, yet there's always some 20-something know-it-all or jaded past-their-prime designer who thinks they know better. And wouldn't you know it, every time they ignore his sage advice, they get dinged by the judges for the exact elements Tim pointed out. He's there to help. Use him.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show Avoid the chopping block. Top Chef
  • Don't get stuck with dessert. First of all, you should come into the show with some dessert recipes up your sleeve just in case. That said, avoid making dessert at all costs. There's always a couple challenges where the group has to cook one giant meal, each taking on a course where the last choice is always dessert. Some chump ends up volunteering "for the good of the team" or to "challenge" themselves, and it never ends well. If you go sweet, you go home.
  • Know your serving environment. You're not always going to be in a dining hall or restaurant. Sometimes it's outdoors or in a food truck or whatever. We've seen dishes not set properly (fail), ice cream melt (fail), and fried food sit out too long and go stale (also fail). Learn to adapt, people.
  • Make everything. Nothing seems to piss the judges off more than finding out your pasta came from a box or your sausage came pre-made. If you can't make all the components of your dish from scratch, you're on the chopping block.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show If you want to win, you've got to run. Amazing Race
  • Get in Shape. For some reason, there's always a few contestants who don't realize the "race" part of the show's title. There will be running; there will be physical challenges. Don't be surprised by these elements and hit the treadmill before you fly off to god knows where they put you.
  • Pay attention to EVERYTHING. Sometimes the clues are right in front of your face, but other times, they are a small detail amidst mass chaos. Also, you'll be doing a lot of traveling and map reading, so although time is of the essence, mind the details and read carefully.
  • Learn stick. You'll be driving cars in foreign lands, which means they'll likely be manual transmission, so if you want to get where you're going without the help of a mechanic, learn to drive stick shift. Plus, if you're a dude and your friends discover you can't drive stick, you'll never hear the end of it.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show Get in good with the host. America's Next Top Model
  • Cater to Tyra. Flattery will get you everywhere with Tyra Banks. The whole show is basically designed to inflate Tyra's ego and give her a platform to convince America how multi-talented she is, so play into that. Even if it comes off as fake, she'll eat it up, and winning over the head judge can only help you.
  • Don't get high and mighty. Until you get to the elite level, models are basically props, so don't cop an attitude when the challenges get tough or weird or racy. If it's cold, don't complain. If it's scary, don't be a drama queen about it. And if it's too sexy for your taste, don't try and take the moral high ground. It's a prime-time TV show, they're not going to have you doing full frontal or anything, relax. You want to be a model; this is what models do.
  • Embrace the makeover. Again, the show has been around for 17 seasons, and every season they give the girls makeovers, and every season a few of the girls freak out because their hair's too short or the wrong color. Get over it.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show Get your rose, girl! The Bachelor
  • Stand out early. The field gets cut in half within one episode, so while the sane women are casually enjoying themselves and fitting in like normal people, the more flamboyant personalities are catching the Bachelor's attention. Even though it's a quest for true love, it's still a competition, so let your more exuberant traits shine through on night one.
  • Know when to make-out. The girl that gets sloppy drunk and throws herself at the Bachelor is never going to make it to meet-the-parents-week; on the other hand, the girl who won't kiss until she knows "he's the one" only gets about one date with that mentality. It goes back to the point that if you're going on this show, you should know you're competing with other women.
  • Don't drop the "L" word too soon. Let's go ahead and make this a rule of life, not just for The Bachelor. Sure, you're both there to find love, but if you start dropping the "L" bomb after two weeks or when there's still 10 other girls competing the same guy, it looks crazy and a little desperate. (And if it's not clear already, avoid saying how many babies you want to have with him. That girl always gets the boot.)

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition ShowLearn the ways of Idol. American Idol
  • Leave your ego at the door. This is glorified karaoke, so don't act like a diva. You may have the voice of an angel, but if you come off like a jerk, the judges aren't going to root for you, and America isn't going to vote for you.
  • Impress Randy. With Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul gone, Randy "What's Up Dawg" Jackson is in control of the judging panel. JLo may be the bigger celebrity, but Jackson's the grizzled vet people listen too.
  • Improve your style. This goes not only to your voice and the range of songs you sing, but also to your look and brand. America is voting, and America loves a good transformation story, so play into that by gradually upping your clothes, hair, accessories, etc.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition ShowYou'll need more than good moves to win SYTYCD. So You Think You Can Dance
  • Don't get injured. Granted, there's not much you can do if you hurt yourself, but realize that if you let it keep you from dancing, you're basically sealing your fate as the next person cast off. You're gonna have to power through the pain if you want to stay.
  • Have a sob story. This goes for a lot of talent competitions, but given the emotion choreographers want you to exude during their dance, it helps to have something to draw on. America is a sucker for tragedy and redemption, and the judges want to know you're feeling something deep when you perform, so opening up or embellishing a painful moment in your life will serve you well.
  • Don't have plastic face. While showing emotion and personality during a performance is key, try not to confuse that with having a cheesy smile plastered on your face. The judges will liken it to being in a beauty pageant, and that can be the kiss of death on SYTYCD. Also, retire jazz hands. It didn't work in Bring It On; it doesn't work on So You Think You Can Dance.

How to Win Your Favorite Reality Competition Show There's more strategy to being The Biggest Loser than you think. The Biggest Loser
  • Get huge before taping. It sounds counter-intuitive to the show's premise, but if you win the show by losing the most weight, you should fatten up before the first episode. The more weight you have, the more you can lose. It's not cheating; it's strategy.
  • Learn to run. Being on the big side makes running difficult and awkward looking, so take some time in the privacy of your own backyard to learn the mechanics of running with all that weight. It'll give you and edge on your competition, and it'll save you the embarrassment of being the person who inevitably bites the dust on the treadmill.
  • Vote off the guys. Sorry ladies, but biology dictates that it's easier for men to lose fat than it is for women. As such, a general rule is that your biggest competition is most likely going to be male. Vote the dudes out early, then start picking off the hardest working women.
