Showing off a new look, Shakira debuted her freshly chopped locks after getting styled up on Tuesday (December 6).

The "Hips Don't Lie" singer posted a picture of her shortened coif via Twitter, as she wrote, "Hace 4 horas estoy estrenando corte de pelo!! 4 hours ago I got my hair cut!"

Getting the new look crafted while holidaying in Barcelona, sources tell that Shakira spent six hours in the Jordi Ripoll salon - which opened solely for the Colombian singer.

Once finished up, the 34-year-old is said to have headed directly to her soccer star beau Gerard Pique's apartment to show off her new hairdo to her man.
