Having clearly moved away from her innocent "Hannah Montana" days, Miley Cyrus is seen in a new video proclaiming herself as a "stoner".

The singer/actress made the statement during her 19th birthday bash at Beacher's Madhouse in the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles last week (November 23) - with the happenings all being caught on camera.

Joined by gal pal Kelly Osbourne for the festivities, Miley is shown looking at her birthday cake crafted in the shape of reggae legend/marijuana advocate Bob Marley as she said, "This is amazing. You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a 'Bob Miley' cake. You know you smoke way too much f––ing weed."

To this, Miss Osbourne chimed in to say, “I thought salvia was your problem.”

Quickly taking over headlines on the web, Kelly has since taken to Twitter to claim that the whole back and forth was in jest, as she tweeted, “let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

Trying to back up the denial of truth, Osbourne told that Cyrus has been “recording/filming/touring” while asking, “how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner”?
