Doing a good deed over the Halloween holiday weekend, Khloe Kardashian and her sister Kendall Jenner were spotted making their way to The Children's Hospital in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 29).

The E! reality sisters joined alongside fellow sibling Kylie Jenner with the trio filming material for their hit show at the local medical center built solely for treating younger patients.

Tweeting about the outing, Khloe funnily wrote, "Kendall is driving me around today... This is freaking me out. LOL not used to her driving! She will almost have her license though. Ahhhh"

With the ladies also doing a bit of shopping at Tom's Toys in Beverly Hills during the weekend outing, Khloe later added, Had such a blessed day with @KendallJenner @KylieJenner at the Children's Hospital"
