Adele's 21 Continues Billboard Chart Dominance
Her impressive vocals are taking her right to the top, and for the 17th non-consecutive week, Adele's album 21 is sitting pretty in the #1 spot on the Billboard albums chart.
The “Someone Like You” songstress shares the first place longevity honor with Billy Ray Cyrus’ Some Gave All album, which did the same back in 1992.
According to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan, Adele sold another 95,000 copies of her latest LP to keep her in the top position.
The other albums in Billboard’s top spots this week include the 1997 “Titanic” soundtrack, the Black Keys’ album El Camino, Drakes Take Care and Rihanna’s Talk That Talk.
