Adding to her dramatic day of headline making family news, Mindy McCready is reportedly pregnant with twins.

The troubled country singer is said to be five months along in expecting two bundles of joy, though it's still unclear who the father might be.

The baby news comes after Miss McCready and her 5-year-old son were the subjects of missing persons reports earlier this morning after Mindy took Zander from his father's Florida house without receiving approval - as she's allowed visitation but does not have custody rights.

Having since come forward to deny claims that she kidnapped her boy, McCready told Access Hollywood, "I did not steal my child, as it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me! There never was any missing persons report and never an Amber Alert."
