Leighton Meester Files a Lawsuit Against Her Mom
Not always the source of support one would hope for, Leighton Meester's family woes continue as the actress has filed a lawsuit against her mom.
According to TMZ, the "Gossip Girl" cutie just recently filed papers against her mother, Constance, in a Los Angeles court.
As for the reasoning behind the legal filing, TMZ tells that Miss Meester is “claiming her mom diverted money [she] sent to her little brother and used it for plastic surgery, Botox and hair extensions.”
With Constance claiming that she and her famous daughter had an oral contract guaranteeing payments of $10,000/month for life, Leighton denies any such scenario and wants the judge to officially rule that she owes her mom nothing.
